We asked Florida Choice, Mike, to help when we were unable to secure the correct level of care my mom needed. He worked through the “red tape” that my siblings and I were unable to do. He took time to visit with my mom to make sure she was happy in the place that she was. We have been clients of Mike R for over three years. Our mother’s care needs change with each stage of her life, and we know we can call on Mike to help us get it right when she needs us the most.
